<p><strong> 7<sup>th</sup> April 2009:</strong> Drake &amp; Scull International PJSC (DSI), the UAE-based end-to-end service provider of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contracting, infrastructure, water and power (IWP) and civil contracting services, has signed a five-year contract with stock-market listed <strong>Bond International Software</strong> to deploy <strong>Bond Talent</strong> &#8211; a fully-hosted online recruitment &amp; talent management software solution. The solution will provide an online web portal-based recruitment application and applicant tracking system throughout DSI&#8217;s UAE operations.</p>
<p>The 12,000 employee-strong DSI, whose recent projects have included the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi Hotel, the Park Place Tower and Marina Mansion in Dubai, will use the system to automatically manage the internal processes of flagging, creating and authorizing vacancies, of which there may be anywhere up to 2,000 at any one time. Through Bond Talent, the recruitment team can then rapidly attract appropriate candidates for the line managers to interview through the online applicant portal, improving their chances of securing the best talent available. This process has until now been entirely manual and paper-based, resulting in times and costs per hire being unnecessarily lengthy and high.</p>
<p>Zeina Tabari, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at DSI, comments, &#8220;Historically, we have wasted a substantial amount of time, and therefore resources and money, managing a needlessly slow recruitment process. Our paper-based practices were simply unsustainable for the amount of recruiting we were doing. At our highest, we were managing almost 2,000 vacancies and receiving on average about 100 applicants per day.&#8221;</p>
<p>Tabari continues, &#8220;The immediate advantage of Bond Talent will be that we will instantly automate our recruitment process to make opening and filling a vacancy faster, but also from receiving the very first online application, we will be generating our own talent pool. Any applicants that are not successful in their original submission are then &#8216;kept on file&#8217; for when a more appropriate position is available. This function on its own will reduce our dependency and spend on advertising vacancies.&#8221;</p>
<p>Tabari comments, &#8220;Bond was chosen primarily because of their pedigree in the corporate and agency recruitment software market, and also because of their global reach. It was this international experience that gave us the confidence that we would be fully supported and our regionally specific needs, such as the UAE working week, could be easily attended to.&#8221;</p>
<p>Tim Richards, Managing Director of Bond UK, concludes, &#8220;The Middle East is a key and strategic target for us and we recognize the massive potential this growing market represents, both for the agency and corporate sides of our business. We are fully equipped to provide a seamless service internationally as by virtue of hosting the software in the UK and allowing customers to access it over the web, rather than them having to manage and maintain it themselves; we are practically limitless in where we can offer our services.&#8221;</p>

<strong>Bond International Software joins the Gartner Magic Quadrant for</strong><br />
<strong>e-Recruitment Software for the first time.</strong></strong></p>
<p>2 July 2008: Bond International Software, the global provider of recruitment &amp; human capital management software and services, today announces that it has been added to the 2008 Gartner Magic Quadrant for e-Recruitment Software – the first time that Bond has been included. Gartner notes that Bond “has a solid global service and support infrastructure, as well as a global product foundation. Its experience in the third-party staffing firm market provides it with credibility in the corporate recruiting market and it has financial viability through its stock market listing”.</p>
<p>Software vendors were assessed according to two primary criteria – Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision – resulting in 22 vendors being selected for inclusion in the quadrant from a total surveyed base of 128. Only vendors that had over 100 erecruitment software customers, 1,000 employees and more than $25 million in total revenue were included in the research, so as, according to Gartner, “to reflect the continuing maturing and consolidation in the market”.</p>
<p>Bond is a rapidly growing provider of web-based e-recruitment and talent management software to the corporate market. <p>The Gartner report also highlighted areas in which the customer base expects to see development in the functionality of recruitment software, most notably candidate relationship management, workforce planning and interview management. Richards comments, “We already provide many of the services mentioned in the areas of required development. Those requirements that are not currently within our portfolio will be in the very near future and are already being actively pursued in our research division.”</p>

<p><strong>Leading tire distributor expects to make significant savings through Euro recruitment portal</strong></p>
<p><strong>DATE:</strong> ATS Euromaster, the largest comprehensive tire service provider within the UK, has signed a European-wide contract that will see <strong>Bond Talent</strong> – online recruitment &amp; talent management software – from stock market-listed <strong>Bond International Software</strong> implemented throughout ten countries.</p>
<p>The new five-year, six-figure contract is for a fully Bond-hosted recruitment system which will enable the company to manage its entire recruitment through an online portal. In implementing the software, ATS Euromaster predicts numerous operational benefits, including that the system will significantly reduce administration costs.</p>
<p>Sigrid Barnes, Group Resourcing Manager for ATS Euromaster, comments, “We are expecting that the system will free up significant amounts of time for our managers. From now on, we will be able to process all of our recruits through one centralized, online portal and everyone from head office through to more than 480 centre managers will be able to see what’s going on in their area of the company – without having to pick up a phone or send an email.”</p>
<p>Established in 1961, ATS Euromaster is the UK’s largest comprehensive tire service provider. The Birmingham-based company operates nationally and employs more than 3,500 people. ATS Euromaster is part of the Euromaster group, which has more than 1600 Services centers throughout 10 different European countries – UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Holland, Spain, Sweden, Austria, and Finland.</p>
<p>The Bond Talent system will be initially used by 100 staff in the UK head office and over 480 centre managers within the UK. The next phase will see the European rollout across all of the European branches.</p>
<p>Barnes continues, “We chose Bond International Software because what the company offered us fitted perfectly with our criteria. We needed a recruitment system with the ability to go pan-European. Bond was able to offer us that capability as well as being an extremely cost-effective solution.”</p>
